UWA ODC AGM 10 August
on Tuesday 05 August 2008 - 10:54:32 | by JakeThe 2008 UWA ODC AGM will be held this Sunday 10 August at 1pm at Matilda Bay.
Being on the clubs Committee can be really rewarding and is a great
way to get involved in this great club. All positions will be up for
grabs and an enthusiastic committee is essential to ensure the smooth
running of the club, so go on - get involved.
Positions
Executive: President, Vice Pres, Secretary, Treasurer
Activity officers: Hiking, Paddling, Wind Surfing, Climbing, Mountain
Biking, Adventure Racing,
Social, Student Representative. General Committee Member,
Club Bylaws - The new club bylaws which have been on trial for the
last 6 months will be put forward for acceptance by the club
membership. Please take the time to read these before the AGM if you
have not already done so.
There will be a BBQ and general club catch up from 12 pm at the public BBQ's and gazebo near the Matilda Bay Tea Rooms. The meeting will be held at about 1 pm.
